As Cool as I Am
Oct. 18th, 2002 12:03 amSorry, the song I was just listening to. Friday already, going back to school soon.
Homework done: Math problems sets
TO DO: Hamlet Paper, Ed paper, memorize my 'shorts' lines. Yay, good times. Did you know that I wrote songs? That's a random jump, but there you are. Want to hear one? Well, at least see the lyrics? Here you go. Not feeling up to expounding to make the entry longer, so I'll let my previous musings do it for me.
*I LOVE YOU SO MUCH IT HURTS*
I love you, love you like sunlight, just when it turns you red.
I love you, love you like paper, when it rips and tears you to shreds.
I love you, love you like water, rushing towards you like a flood.
I love you; love you to pieces, now why don’t I feel good?
I love you, love you like a flower, that pricks and leaves you bleeding.
I love you, told you I want you, you’re all I’m ever needed.
I love you, love you like winter, the cold turning me blue.
I love you, wanted you with me, but now, baby, we’re through!
You always made me hurt so bad inside,
My heart was crying out and yet I tried,
To give you all my love, but now I say: (I say)
I loved you, loved you like springtime, but now that season’s at an end.
I told you, you were my forever, and maybe we can be friends.
I love you, love you like heartbreak, that gives and dies in spurts.
I love you, but I have to leave you, ‘cause I love you so much it hurts.
I love you so much, it hurts.
Isn't that poetical, don't you think? A tad depressing, but what love song isn't when you get right down to it? Okay, midnight, my time to go to bed, after a rather uneventful shuteye time of four-thirty two nights ago.
Reading: Harry Potter and the Socerer's Stone, To the Lighthouse, The Name of the Rose by Emberto Eco if I can ever find a copy that doesn't cost 15 dollars. Anyone?
Writing: Little Triumphant musings come out at me from the weirdest places. Funny how that happens. Must provoke more of it.
