A Day in the Life of Little Katie

People here today. Rejoice. Funny how much I missed noise and people. Having a next door neighbor is happy, and having people's families take you with them to meals is also happy. Elizabeth didn't go to the Outdoor thingy, which I think is a good thing. If it stresses her out so much, it's not worth it. Katie and I also think it'd be gross to wander around in the mountains for a week without shampoo. Ew. Will shower when I am KING? I dunno...

Classes start on Monday, er, tomorrow (damn that day change). How odd. Not really sure how much fun they will be, but even in the worst of circumstances I will take an english class, and Spanish will be entertaining, at least because I will meet frosh. The a capella concert was fun, maybe Lilah and Katie and I will join the non-audition one. If there still is one. Oh goodness... The Humtones were good, as were the S-Chords. Yay for college men, even Haverboys in all their furriness.

I hate ants tooo.. You know what helps, oddly enough? It's a Brazilian trick. Put powdered cinnamon in the path they're coming in from -- like the window or doorframe. It should work like a charm. I'm guessing the silly bugs don't like spices, and it sure beats poisonous fumes.
