So I've had a busy couple of days, which is a nice change. Though of course my house is still a mess (even more so at the moment because my dog knocked over one of my makeup containers in the bathroom, so there's concealer powder all over the floor oops).

But on Friday I got to be in third grade and then see Forrest's school talent show, which was pretty funny. Then I went and saw Prince Caspian with M ([livejournal.com profile] prismakaos ended up not coming, sadness!) The movie itself was fun (although I could bitch about parts of it all day, staring and probably ending with the fact that Caspian should not be that old, but eh), and it was kind of excellent that Eddie Izzard was Reepicheep (though do they ever mention by name in the movie? I don't think so). And Edmund got kind of hot; didn't really see that coming :o) Also, how cute does Wall*E looks soooooo cute. And I kind of want to see Hellboy II kind of a lot, even though the villains are basically the Wraith.

Before the movie M and I hung out in the park, which was a good time; I felt very hippyish because were sitting there with a guitar. And it must have been too long since I've played the guitar, because I tried to play "Closer to Fine" and couldn't, which was kind of embarassing. And then I saw him again on Saturday because a whole bunch of us from frisbee hung out and played Guitar Hero, which was kind of hysterical.

Also yesterday was my cousin's high school graduation party, and it was nice to see my grandparents and aunts and uncles and things. I also got to be helpful and useful, which is cool.

So now I have survived three games of frisbee in five days (Wednesday's, a new group couple towns over on Thursday, and today's at noon), two parties, one moving outing, and a talent show.

Also, I finally finished another piece of fic to coincide with [livejournal.com profile] mcsmooch called Woof and Warp, where Rodney takes care of John after "Outcast" because damn, you know he would have needed it. And, in my mind, this is totally in the same universe as [livejournal.com profile] sheafrotherdon's Family, which you should read if you haven't because oh, Ronon.

My stomach kind of hurts, but hey, it's Sunday. Or the moon is in the seventh house. Or I'm crazy. All three?

But I just remembered that I have guacamole and eggs in the fridge, so I can have dinner, even though it's already 8:20. And tomorrow is Monday, which might suck except that I have preschool (I can haz preschool?) and maybe I will have time to go to the Labyrinth Staff/5th grade softball game, which would be all kinds of funny.

So I should probably stop wandering around in my towel from my shower, huh? *runs off, giggling*
